Are you a young South African looking for a way into the real estate world? The PPRA One Property Practitioner Learnerships 2026 offers a great chance for unemployed youth in Mpumalanga. This program partners with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA), the Mpumalanga Department of Public Works, Roads and Transport, and Services SETA to train 200 people.

Programme Overview

The One Learner, One Property Practitioner Programme 2026 focuses on helping Previously Disadvantaged Individuals (PDIs), especially youth and women. It gives them a clear path into real estate. Over 12 months, participants gain skills for a career in property.

Qualification and Certification

Those selected will study for a Further Education and Training Certificate in Real Estate at NQF Level 4. They also prepare for the PPRA Professional Designation Examination (PDE 4). At the end, they can work as Non-Principal Property Practitioners (NPPPs).

Learnership Details

The program lasts 12 months. Participants receive a monthly stipend of R5 500. Training happens in Mpumalanga, South Africa.

Minimum Requirements

To apply, you need a Matric certificate or equivalent. You must be a Previously Disadvantaged Individual (PDI). Youth and women are encouraged to join. You also need to live in Mpumalanga, and they will check this.

Required Documents

Prepare a certified copy of your ID. Include a certified Matric certificate or other qualifications. Applications without all documents will not be accepted.

Programme Benefits

You earn an accredited real estate qualification at NQF Level 4. Get ready for the PDE 4 exam. Enjoy a monthly stipend and hands-on experience. This opens doors to jobs in property and real estate, plus career growth.
