Available Internship Opportunities

There are three main internships open right now. Each one needs specific qualifications, but all share some basic rules.

Intern 18.2 Graduate Finance

This role has reference number Rul AD0015871 and requisition Rul 0070991. It is temporary with one spot available. You need a Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Finance.

Intern 18.2 Graduate Survey

Reference number Rul AD0015872 and requisition Rul 0070992 mark this temporary post. One position is open. An Advanced Diploma or Degree in Mine Survey is required.

Intern 18.2 Graduate Metallurgy

Look for reference SGEOAD0015873 and requisition SGEO0070993. This temporary role has one opening. You need an NQF Level 7 qualification like a Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Metallurgy, Mining, or a related field.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

All applicants must be South African citizens who studied at a recognized South African university or institution. You need a clear security screening record and must be medically fit for mining work. For metallurgy, a valid driver’s license may help.

Only degrees from approved South African schools count.

Key Responsibilities

Interns will join development programs and finish training on time. You will help teams with projects, report data accurately, and write progress updates. Follow company rules, safety steps, and join efforts for health, safety, and better operations. Support checks for rules and risks too.
