Are you a South African student passionate about agriculture? The National Department of Agriculture Bursaries 2027 offer a great chance to fund your studies in this field. These bursaries support students aiming for careers in food production, environmental care, and farming innovation. Applications close on 30 September 2026, so now is the time to prepare.

Bursary Programme Overview

The Department of Agriculture provides bursaries for the 2027 academic year. They target South African students interested in agriculture-related degrees. This help is key for those from disadvantaged backgrounds who need money to finish school. The goal is to build skills in farming, animal care, and sustainable practices.

What the Bursary Covers

This programme pays for several study costs. It includes tuition fees, accommodation, books, meals, and a monthly allowance. These supports make it easier for students to focus on their classes without money worries.
