Key Responsibilities for Legal Interns
Successful candidates will be involved in a range of duties that are essential to the functioning of the New Complaints Unit. These include attending to walk-in complaints from members of the public and assisting with the formal lodging of new complaints. Interns will also be responsible for drafting and sending correspondence to all parties involved in a dispute.
