The program is structured to provide a well-rounded learning experience, combining theoretical knowledge with practical, hands-on experience. A monthly stipend of R3,000 is provided to support apprentices throughout the duration of the program.

Programme Structure and Training Phases

The apprenticeship is divided into three distinct phases to ensure comprehensive development:

Phase 1: Institutional Training

This initial phase lasts for six months and focuses on the theoretical and practical aspects of diesel mechanics. Apprentices will receive classroom instruction and hands-on training in a workshop environment. Minimum Requirements for Applicants

• Citizenship: Must be a South African citizen.
• Age: Must be between 18 and 33 years old.
