The FftF Consulting Programme is designed to immerse graduates in the world of consulting over an 18-month period. It’s a fixed-term contract that exposes participants to a wide range of consulting competencies. These include areas like digital enablement, customer transformation, operations, procurement, and supply chain management.

Graduates will also get exposure to analytics and AI transformation, HR transformation, and cloud transformation. Furthermore, the program covers finance transformation and strategies for business growth and sustainability. Throughout the program, interns will collaborate with industry leaders, government bodies, and financial institutions, gaining experience in solving real-world business problems.

Programme Duration and Locations

This is an 18-month, fixed-term contract. The program is available in three major South African cities: Cape Town, Durban, and Johannesburg. This allows graduates from different regions to access this valuable opportunity.

Minimum Requirements for Applicants

To be considered for the FftF Consulting Programme, applicants must meet specific academic and field of study criteria. You need to have an undergraduate degree. An Honours degree is considered advantageous, meaning it could strengthen your application.

The degree must be in one of the following fields: Business, Economics, Econometrics, Engineering (all disciplines), Geoinformatics, Industrial Psychology, Mathematics, Statistics, Supply Chain and Logistics, Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Information Systems. Beyond the degree field, a minimum cumulative average of 50% across all years of study is required.
