Are you a young professional aged 25 to 35 looking to connect with leaders from across the Atlantic Basin? The Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders (ADEL) Program 2026 offers a fully funded chance to join global discussions on policy, business, and society. Hosted by the Policy Center for the New South in Rabat, Morocco, this program gathers over 40 participants each year to build networks and skills.

Program Overview

The ADEL Program started in 2012 and is now in its 13th edition. It brings together emerging leaders from Africa, Europe, the Americas, and the Caribbean. These leaders come from public sectors, private companies, think tanks, universities, and civil society groups.

The week-long event focuses on exchanges, workshops, and talks about key issues in the Atlantic region. After the main sessions, participants attend the Atlantic Dialogues conference. This setup helps them meet policymakers, business heads, and experts face-to-face.
