Programme Structure and Learning Journey

The programme splits into three workshops. Each one builds on the last, taking you from emotions to action.

1. Anxiety to Agency

This first session deals with feelings tied to big issues like climate change. You learn how mental health links to global problems. The group explores emotions such as anxiety or fear and builds ways to handle them. You gain tools to turn those feelings into drive for change. By the end, you feel less overwhelmed and more in control.

2. Discovery (Agency to Efficacy)

Here, you dig into what makes you unique as a changemaker. The session helps spot your strengths, passions, and values. You clarify your purpose, or “your why,” for impact work. This creates a personal guide for choices and goals. You leave knowing how to stay true to yourself while helping others.

3. Catalyst (Efficacy to Action)

The last workshop focuses on doing. You pick a problem, map it out, and think about affected communities. Then, you make a simple plan with clear next steps. This gives you a roadmap to start real projects. Participants finish ready to create change in their areas.
