1. Graduate in Training: Organisational Design & Development

This program centers on human resources and organizational growth. It suits those with a BCom in Human Resources Management or a Bachelor of Human Resources Management. A Bachelor of Human Resources Development is a plus. You need at least a 60% average and a completed degree.

In this role, you will handle HR tasks in the Organisational Design & Development department. You will join performance reviews and help with administrative work. You will also support efforts to improve the organization.

2. Engineer in Training

This program builds engineering skills in the automotive industry. It requires a BEng or BSc in Industrial Engineering with at least a 60% average. Your qualification must be complete.

Here, you will carry out engineering tasks in the Engineering Department. You will take part in performance assessments and aid technical projects. You will also help improve processes.

General Requirements

Both programs share key entry rules. You must be a South African citizen and at least 18 years old. Hold a relevant qualification with a minimum 60% average. Have no unpaid tuition fees and no past internship or graduate program experience. Provide academic transcripts, speak and write English well, and have a clean criminal record.

Programme Duration and Remuneration

Each program lasts 24 months on a fixed-term contract. Pay is market-related, based on industry standards.
