Available Internship Streams
MANCOSA offers five main streams. Each one matches different qualifications and interests. You can apply to more than one if you qualify.
1. Admin Intern – Cape Town

2. Finance Intern – Boksburg (Atlas Copco)
You need a qualification in finance, accounting, or economics. Key tasks include financial reporting, budgeting, auditing, accounts, and reconciliations. This intern position gives deep insight into company finances.
3. HR Intern – Boksburg (Atlas Copco)
A human resources or related qualification is required. You will manage HR administration, employee records, recruitment, and onboarding. These duties teach you how to support staff in a large firm.
4. Graphic Designer Intern – Durban (Lancaster Media)
Qualify with a degree in graphic design, digital marketing, or visual communication. You must know Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign. Expect to create visuals and designs for media projects.
5. Marketing Intern – Durban (Lancaster Media)
