Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will support the HR team each day. Tasks include keeping employee records up to date, such as contracts, leave, and training details. Other duties cover onboarding new staff, managing data and files, checking timesheets for payroll, and aiding training or wellness programs. You will also ensure the team follows HR policies and labor laws, plus assist in employee relations and discipline matters.
Minimum Requirements
To apply, you need a Grade 12 certificate and a relevant N6 Diploma from a recognized TVET College. A basic knowledge of labor laws like BCEA, EEA, and OHSA is required. You must be skilled in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and have strong communication skills in writing and speaking. Experience with finance or payroll systems is a plus.
