Programme Overview

The Sanlam CA Training Programme, known as TOPP, meets South African Institute of Chartered Accountants standards. Over three years, participants rotate through Sanlam’s business units to see financial operations and decision-making up close.

Applicants need a CTA or SAICA-recognised postgraduate degree with at least a 60% average. You must be eligible for the Initial Assessment of Competence exam. Basic Microsoft Office skills help, and involvement in university or community groups is a plus.
