Learnership Responsibilities

As a learner in this program, you can expect to gain exposure to a variety of critical functions within the insurance industry. Minimum Requirements

To be considered for the Discovery Long Term Insurance Learnership Programme, applicants must meet specific academic and personal criteria. A Grade 12 or Matric certificate is essential. In terms of subject performance, a minimum of Level 4 (50%) is required for Mathematics and English. For Mathematical Literacy, a minimum of Level 5 (60%) is necessary. Additionally, a minimum of Level 4 (50%) is needed for a second language. These academic benchmarks ensure that candidates have a solid foundation for the program’s learning objectives.
