The Momentum Health Contact Centre Learnerships 2026 offer unemployed youth a chance to gain skills and experience. This 12-month program in Bellville, Western Cape, combines classroom learning with real workplace practice.
Program Overview
Momentum Health runs this learnership to train people in healthcare and insurance. It leads to an Occupational Certificate: Health Care Benefits Advisor at NQF Level 5 (SAQA ID 105030). The program starts on 1 June 2026 and ends on 31 May 2027. Applications close on 23 April 2026.
Who Can Apply?
You must meet these basic rules to qualify:
- Have a Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
- Score at least 40% in Mathematics or 60% in Mathematical Literacy.
- Get 50% or higher in English and another South African language.
- Be a South African citizen aged 18 to 30.
- Be unemployed and not studying full-time during the program.
- Not have done this learnership before.
- Live within 30km of the Parc Du Cap Office in Bellville.
- Travel to work on your own.
Computer skills give you an edge, but they are not required.
What Will You Do?
Learners handle both training and daily tasks. In learning sessions, you attend classes, complete tests, build a portfolio, and keep logbooks. You study company systems, products, and rules.
For client service, you help customers with questions, share correct info, and keep service levels high. You build ties with clients and speed up responses.
You also work as a team, join projects, support new ideas, and focus on growth. Plus, you help cut costs, spot risks, and make operations smoother.
